All orders will ship within 3-5 business days. You will get an order confirmation when the order is placed and a separate email with shipping notification and tracking number.
USA — $5 flat rate via USPS 1st Class/Priority | Once items have shipped, transit time is usually 2-7 days depending on delivery address
Bahamas Standard — $8 flat rate if picking up from Janaee’s Uniform Center| Once items have arrived in store for pick-up you will be notified
Bahamas Delivery — $12 flat rate if you would | Once items have arrived in Nassau you will be contacted to arrange delivery logistics
Canada — $15 Flat Rate via USPS International 1st Class | Once items have shipped, transit time is usually 10-18 business days depending on delivery address
International — If you live outside of the United States, the Bahamas, or Canada and would like to purchase please email us at email@example.com for us to arrange your shipping!
International Orders (including Canada) must submit their phone number at the time of checkout and may be liable for customs and import duty, quotas, permits, VAT, product restrictions and other local requirements. All international customers are responsible for customs, etc., within their own country. The Last Mermaid is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments. For further information, we kindly recommend contacting your local customs office.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right! Please review the below before purchasing.
If you’re not sure about what the digital product will include (i.e., Digital Workbooks, Video Access, Locked Information, Support Group, Nutritional Coaching Access), please be sure to ask questions via firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE PURCHASING we are unable to issue refunds on digital purchases because the content is automatically distributed when purchased.
Before purchasing please ensure to read descriptions for how sizes run and ask us questions via email@example.com because we are unable to accept returns at this time, only exchanges.
All exchanges must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all tags attached.
Exchanges are processed within 5-7 days of receipt
We do not accept exchanges from merchandise purchased from events
We do not accept exchanges from promotional offers/seasonal sales/final sale items
Exchanges are limited to full-priced items - one exchange per purchase. Exchanges on international orders are limited to Canada and the Bahamas.
Purchases made with store credit are not eligible for refunds
You must include the return form slip as part of the return, otherwise we will be unable to refund your purchase.
